Kansas State Football Renovation

Link to Actual Story

Kansas State University was recently considering an expansion to their football stadium. With the recent success, End Over End Consulting has helped this program take advantage of their potential to increase their revenue with the planned expansion. To compete with other Big 11 Conference schools, it is necessary to have top notch facilities and personnel to recruit the top talent. This renovation should help accomplish Kansas State University's glaring weakness of a sub par facility. The project cost will be $75 million and should be ready for the 2013 football season without disrupting anything operations during the 2012 season. It will include added luxury suites, private boxes, and improved concessions areas. With End Over End Consulting's help, Kansas State University will be able to compete for years in the Big 11 Conference.

The Texas Tech football program has experienced tremendous growth. End Over End Consulting was asked to help manage the recent success of the program and ensure profitability from any expansion. The program has done extremely well, and we have helped the program with expansion in 2005, 2007, and the most recent project that will be completed in late 2010. A top 5 national ranking in 2008 helped catapult Texas Tech into the national spotlight, and End Over End Consulting has helped turn the success on the field into success with the bottom line. Texas Tech has seen net profit increases in concessions as well as increased ticket revenue following the expansions. Even though the on field success was not sustained for the most recent season, the business process plans that End Over End Consulting has recommended has helped sustain profits for the university.
