Who We Are
End Over End Consulting is comprised of highly trained professionals with experience in the professional and college sports industries. With 5 locations throughout the United States, we are prepared to serve you no matter where you are located. With our 100+ highly trained employees and industry connections, we have unprecedented access to industry best practices that will be made available to you.

The company was established in 2005 by three individuals who now form the executive committee. Each has over 10 years of experience in the industry.

CEO - Brian Dillon
Brian graduated from St. Mary's University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting in 1995. He proceeded to work for the Minnesota Twins as the assistant general manager from 1995 to 2002. He then was the assistant general manager for the Boston Red Sox from 2002 to 2005, during which they won the World Series in 2004.  Brian specializes in baseball and football operations, and has worked on various projects while working for End Over End Consulting, including the ultimate operations project of improving the process to develop a starting QB for the Minnesota Vikings.


CFO - Patrick Lafond
Before helping to found End Over End Consulting in 2005, Patrick was helping to manage sportswear and athletic focus venture capital group SportVisionVC, where his portfolio included companies such as Under Armour, Detroit Lions, and Reebok. Patrick received an M.B.A. with high distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and holds and A.B. with Honors from Dartmouth College. Prior to his course in business, he was the youngest person in Navy history to be appointed to Captain of a battleship, which shows his high levels of ambition and leadership skills.


COO - Peter Webb
Peter Webb has been working in operations management and managerial accounting for his entire career. As a student at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, he studied high-level mathematics and statistics courses to complement his accounting degree. Not long after graduation, he was recruited to be one of three owners at End Over End Consulting, where he specializes in project management and location analysis. Recent highlights include designing construction models for Southwestern University and Kansas State University stadium expansions.
